That's fascinating - I saw a UFO a few weeks ago and blogged about it. I still don't know what it was - I checked out all the weather satellites I could find and nothing was remotely nearby (or if it was, was not admitting to it).

Well this is a full on phenomenon now. Calls and e-mails are flooding in, so fast I can’t respond to them all now. Something about these unknown ‘creatures’ have piqued the interest of the public, and I’ll certainly keep you abreast of all updates as they come in. What we do know is the following:

The crew at DeepSeaNews.com sent the video over to Dr. Timothy S. Wood, an expert on freshwater bryozoa and an officer with the International Bryozoology Association, and he had this to say about it:

Thanks for the video – I had not see it before. No, these are not bryozoans! They are clumps of annelid worms, almost certainly tubificids (Naididae, probably genus Tubifex). Normally these occur in soil and sediment, especially at the bottom and edges of polluted streams. In the photo they have apparently entered a pipeline somehow, and in the absence of soil they are coiling around each other. The contractions you see are the result of a single worm contracting and then stimulating all the others to do the same almost simultaneously, so it looks like a single big muscle contracting. Interesting video.

Not extra-terrestrial but still strange...

Whilst there are reports that unusual weather was to blame (sea water 'sucked up' and froze onto the fuselage), I for one, had already put 2 and 2 together regarding the recent, well publicised sightings over Brazil. Whether 2 plus 2 equals 4 in this case is open to debate, but then, that typifies a 'conspiracy theory', doesn't it?

Looks convincing, ghosts can appear in all forms of manifestations. He certainly looks like he (for it looks like a man) is wearing a old fashioned white lace collar. But being a colour image, it could easily have been created in Photoshop! The thought of it is creepy though!
